Q. Do you accept Cash payments?

A.We use a direct debit system to collect payment on our behalf, there is nothing worse than knocking after 6 disturbing your evening to ask for payment, this saves us time and also does not inconvenience you. We like to spend our evenings with our children and family instead of knocking on doors. This ensures our team are rested, effecient and professional in everything that we do.

(We will accept Cash payments for windows paid 3 months in Advance or one off cleans charged at £25)

Q.My Back gate is locked, how do you clean the back windows etc?

A. We don’t use any ladders or climb over walls or fences we are a professional company and provide a true professional service. We do send you a text the night before as a reminder to leave rear access unlocked / available for us. In the event access is not available we will clean windows which we can access and charge for the service we provided.

Q. Do you clean gutters?

A. At this time we don’t offer gutter cleaning however in March 2020 we intend to be fully operational in Gutter cleaning, we will update our services section on the website when this is available.

Q. Can i choose when i get my windows cleaned?

A. All new residential customers we clean within 3 days of signup and then you automatically enrol to our automatic postcode schedule, we have a lot of customers to serve and to ensure we remain punctual, reliable and effecient and serve all customers when we say we will, we have to keep to our strict postcodes on specific dates.

Q.Do you cover my area?

A. If you have a postcode starting with L then yes we cover your area you can find what date we are in your area by clicking here, this will give you a breakdown of what date we will be cleaning your windows each month.

Q.Do you only clean windows once per month?

A. One of our most common questions we get, The equipment we use is very advanced and not your traditional soap an bucket window cleaner, we use high reach brushes and Hot water De-ionised water which is 200% cleaner than the water out of your tap, it goes through many processes before being applied to your property leaving a sparkling finish. There is no need to clean your windows every 2 weeks with this sort of system it really only needs doing on a monthly basis.

Q.What included each month?

A. We will clean all frames, Cills, panes and UPVC Doors on the front and Back and sides of your property, if you have a conservatory we will also clean at your request. If we cannot gain access we will only charge for the service we have provided.

Q. How do i know you have been?

A.You will be able to tell by looking at your windows, however we always leave a compliments slip posted to let you know we have been and clean carried out.

Q. I only want a one off clean do you offer this service?

A. Yes we would love to keep your windows in great shape for you, however we do offer one off cleans that we charge £25 for.

Q. I want to cancel how do i do this?

A. Were sorry to hear you no longer want our service, as part of our regular monthly window cleaning service we ask you stick with us for a minimum of 6 months the price we charge £12 per month for residential customers is for a 6 month subscription service, in the event you want to leave before this time we will charge you £25 for your 1st clean and £25 for your 2nd and £12 for any cleans we have done to date. Please give us a call and we will remove you from our round, we will always welcome you back if you want to return.
